Shelly Mitchell Lynch represents the fourth generation of the Mitchell Family to sell, invest and manage real estate in Carmel and on the Monterey Peninsula. Together with her parents Bill and Vicki Mitchell, Shelly proudly continues the family tradition in the local real estate business.

Graduate of Stanford University (BA1989), Shelly has 25+ years of marketing and sales experience in the technology (Xerox), biotech (Chiron) and entertainment (ABC/Walt Disney Co.) industries for Fortune 500 companies.

With over 25 years of sales and major account management experience, Shelly has a winning track record in strategic selling, marketing and negotiating win-win deals. When The Mitchell Family sold their 40-year old, billion dollar real estate company, The Mitchell Group, to Sotheby's International Realty in 2005, Shelly wanted to stay a local business owner and, together with her husband, bought Carmel Realty Company, Carmel's premier property management and rental business. At the helm of Carmel Realty Company, and as one of the top sales teams in the market, Shelly's network, knowledge and inside track on properties gives her clients the critical edge required in today's market. A top producing agent in San Francisco for over 20 years, Sheri is thrilled to join her family on the Mitchell Lynch team at Carmel Realty Company here on the Monterey Peninsula.

Having worked in the San Francisco market with intense competition, complex financials, and sensitive negotiations, often with pressure to move fast, Sheri provides her clients extensive experience in this process. 

Prior to real estate, Sheri managed innovative advertising campaigns for both Fortune 500 and startup companies in New York and San Francisco. She offers clients creative marketing concepts and a well-honed eye for detail, be it in the advertising, home design, financials, or the fine print of a contract.

Vicki Mitchell has been a licensed real estate agent for 40 years. She has always specialized in luxury residential properties. In her early years of real estate, Vicki was as a top producer in the Atherton and Menlo Park markets. In later years, her expertise has been focused entirely on the Carmel and Pebble Beach markets.  Her professional and social relationships in both of these areas have served her and her clientele well. Vicki brings an extensive amount of experience and market knowledge to her clients based on over 40 years in the real estate market. She brings strength to what is often an emotional experience for any individual or family buying or selling a home. Vicki's objective is to lead clients step by step through the complex, document intensive process of buying and selling a home and to make it an enjoyable experience.

Vicki holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a double major in Education and Speech Pathology from San Jose State University (1964), and has completed post-graduate studies toward an MA in Art History at Stanford University.

Prior to entering the real estate profession, Vicki was a school teacher. She taught in the elementary school system in Redwood City in all aspects of the curriculum as well as speech therapy.

Vicki has always been a highly active participant in her community.  Her past and current activities include: Junior League, Art through Education, Thrift Shop, and Child Abuse Board; Stanford Mothers' Club, Fundraising chairman; Cardinal Club Auctions, Nationally televised charity auctions for Stanford University; Garden Club of America, both Woodside-Atherton, and Carmel-by-the-Sea chapters. Visiting Gardens chairman and chairman for Piccadilly Park, Carmel; Carmel's Harrison Memorial Library, Maybeck Plaque; Pebble Beach Beach & Tennis Club; Casa Abrego, women's club; active in Cavalier King Charles Club.

Vicki has been married to Bill Mitchell for over fifty years. They have two daughters, Sheri and Shelly, both of whom are graduates of Stanford University and are now married.  Vicki and Bill have five grandchildren. They reside in Pebble Beach.

Lindsay has practiced Real Estate in Northern California since 2005.  She has a wide reach and knowledge of the markets and communities throughout having been raised in the Sierra Nevada foothills where she started her career in Real Estate, covering the greater Sacramento area, to the recent years living and selling on the Monterey Coast.

Lindsay joined Monterey Coast and Carmel Realty Company in 2017 working closely with other agents and the leadership team to then join the Mitchell Lynch Team as an associate REALTOR® with a special focus on marketing and client relationships.  Having worked closely and directly with leading brokers throughout her career has given Lindsay an intimate look into complex and dynamic markets and situations.  She is well equipped to jump into any transaction with an open and calm approach while drawing on her resources to bring it to a seamless close. Along with listing and marketing properties she loves working with buyers in their home search and ushering them into a new life or investment.  

As well as her career as an active REALTOR®, Lindsay has a professional background in photography, internet and social media marketing, loan origination, RE transaction coordinating, accounting, and specialized customer service. She has the knowledge and know-how to provide valued guidance to clients in every aspect of their home purchase or sale. 

Her love for photography, marketing, and design pair perfectly with real estate and feeds her wildly creative side. When not working you will find her traveling (her greatest passion), gardening, hiking, or with a good book soaking up the ocean air in Pacific Grove where she resides. Being a 5th generation Californian with a very large family and community of friends, Lindsay grabs on to all that Northern California, and especially the Monterey Peninsula, has to offer.

Originally from Reno, Nevada, Allison has spent most of her life on the Monterey Peninsula. She attended Stevenson School in Pebble Beach before graduating from UC Davis with a degree in History and a minor in Communication.

She began her real estate career at Carmel Realty in property management, specializing in long-term and commercial properties. Her dedication and expertise helped grow the commercial property management business to include multiple buildings in Carmel and develop lasting relationships throughout the community. That hands-on experience gave her a strong foundation in customer service and the communication skills needed to ensure every client experience is smooth and enjoyable.

Allison joined the Shelly Mitchell Lynch Team over a decade ago and has since been an integral part of the team, supporting clients with transaction coordination, escrow management, and client relations. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and calm approach, she plays an essential role in ensuring each transaction runs seamlessly.

Outside of real estate, Allison enjoys riding and spending time with her horses, as well as wine tasting. She also loves to travel, with favorite destinations including the Falkland Islands, South Georgia Island, Scotland, and Japan.
